management has a policy of paying up to 50% of earnings in dividends. At our forecast earnings, this translates into a lucrative dividend yield of 10% for FY12.
Strong orderbook of over RM200m. Prestariang has to date secured an orderbook of close to RM200m, with projects spanning one to four years up to 2015.
RECOMMENDATION
we maintain BUY, at a FV of RM1.48, based on 8x FY12 PER.
Smartbiz: Presbhd's price is under consolidation after peaked at 1.38 on 18/7/2012. Price is still under selling pressure after it has fallen below the 20MA. Its next support is seen at 1.21. Price might be moving sideways as this article will attract some buying. If market loses strength, the strong support will be 1.18 which is also around the 50MA.
Price should unlikely to fall below this level base on the good prospect as described by OSK Research.
