In the company announcement reply to Bursa's query yesterday, they disclosed the auditor's report was not conclusive. However, the reason Dyson opt for early termination was due to the labour issue, which means the company still got chance to challenge the status of early termination?

Usually when the news they are confident to handle it, they will do live sharing, otherwise its always through normal announcement

EY should report directly the finding to Bursa, but bursa issued directive to Serba for revealing the factual finding. If non compliance, the counter will be suspended. So today's suspension clearly tell that Bursa received the SIR, but company did not reveal it immediately, (not sure good or bad result) but surely Bursa don't want ppl take advantage on insider news, hence they suspended it for good. By looking at the captain keep accumulating mother shares, I believed he still have strong faith in his ship. And pertaining to the Qs why he disposed wa, it's his own strategic decision. Wa does not generate dividend nor can serve as collateral, hence at this point of critical time, I believe he is doing his best bet on the recovery on the mother share. I am just analyse based on logic. I hope whoever own the shares earn your big bucks in coming days, whoever do not own the shares we also don't be gloating too, it's not your money to lose also. My 2 cents, the suspension most likely is to prevent ppl take advantage on price hiking with insider information.Especially the action taken was by bursa. If it's really a bad SIR, usually is the company will request to suspend and will appeal to bursa for more time for investigation. Any thoughts?

@Sslee, meaning to say, i can start selling my Insas-PR after 4th and before 11th Feb? I i sell before 11th Feb, then i dont need to pay for the RM 1000, or i must pay RM 1000 first before i can start to trade the Insas-PR? Another question, since INSAS RPS pay 3.8% pa for 5 years, means the funds need to lock for 5 years or it still can be traded in between? Thank in advance!
