business model for Frontken is really solid... not easy for competition to enter (due to long R&D and qualification phases, 12-18months)... and they can also easily support their customer foundry globally from taiwan plant, no need to build new plant everywhere which will create additional cost and margin erosion.

newbie8080, frontken doesn't need to setup a plant at Arizona or Japan to support TSMC expansion... the cost of air freight the material back to Frontken Taiwan or Sg for precision cleaning then sen tit back will be cheaper than setup a new plant there... the same way how they support chinese client now...
