again..those who follow my analysis and bought in around 0.73, congress :) since it touch my TP3, I ady disposed all my holding units. But it still have higher uptrend to grow further. I will be active in another counter and continue to share my experience+knowledge to public.

as I mentioned during Nov: Something is going to happen on Dec. As per my analysis, due to the price keep maintaining at between 0.7-0.73 more than a month, the price most likely to either surge or drop 99. But I predict it will rise due to the below factors:
1. Disposal of Shares in Property Division: Although the recent QR is not that good, the revenue still having higher figure while a little drop in net profit. Since the revenue from selling of shares in property division din't captured in the latest QR as the QR's revenue is showing 25mil, while the sold of share were also 25mil. Unless the company dint made any operation profit within 3 months

2. MD keep on buying back its share.

1. They think their stock is undervalue hence try to buy back some units in order to prevent lost of sovereignty. (Neutral)
2. They know they the company will have higher value in short future due to good growth/profit (positive)
3. They try to stabilize the stock price so that investor won't hurt so much. (negative)

Actually MD keep on buying was one of the factor attracted me to this counter...btw I take half profit and cut half loss ady....remain a few to test future haha

Below were the two main factors I predict price would move up in Dec:

Based on the graph, the recent movement within 14days keeps up and down suddenly but ends-up with the closed price 0.73. Usually the stock with this movement is accumulating either for big surge or huge drop.

Why I mentioned Dec but not end of Nov is because we dunno whether US will increase or decrease the interest rate.

Anyway, I just action on my study haha. If ask me why today suddenly drop 6% and bound back, I definitely no idea lol

Yeah dividend of this stock is very very low haha. Thats y I set up first Target Price (0.77), sell 20% of it and take profit :) Based on current analysis, I dun advise people hold this stock more than 1year. But of course it would be a good counter to stay upon property's market recover.

According to the "Type" of news, it is NEUTRAL due to both parties--->Seacera and the Vendor, are agreed on Mutual Termination. WITHOUT any legal action, interest expense and compensation. Means that Seacera dispose this project without paying any loss.

Conclusion: It has almost 0 affect for the share price since no one is gaining the profit or loss.

2Nov16 is a dark day and bearish in KLCI index. However, Seacera rebound from 071 to 074. Also, it is showing Hammer Candlestick. (Please google: what is Candlestick Hammer)
Hence, if everything is follow my analysis, tmr will surged to at least 0.77 (TP1).
Hope other people can correct me if Im wrong :D

seem like u bough in during 0.8....actually during 0.8 considered as undervalue as MD keep on buy back. That's y I'm now pump my money in within range of 0.7+ as I mentioned earlier it is over-undervalue :)...if u doesn't feel good just sell it haha...anyway Im quite confidence on it 3rd QR which may release on end of next month or Dec

OK let me try to explain. Close period means a period whereby the directors or principal officers of the company are not allowed to deal in the company shares because they have obtain price-sensitive information regarding the shares of the company. Example, they know the company is going to take over some companies or being taken over, etc. Heck, even the period before a board meeting is also a close period. The period is 1 month before and after.

Of course, Bursa still allows the directors or principal officers of the company to buy or sell their shares provided they make the necessary announcements to Bursa. So if you see a company where the a lot of the Directors or principal officers are selling or buying shares during close period, you should do the same as well.

*So we know that by the price is slight moving up, we know that the substantial share holder (Managing Director) is BUYING or selling the shares before Q3 is coming :) thats y I do the same as the MD does ^_^
