Goh dituduh di bawah seksyen 87A(a) yang dibaca bersama dengan seksyen 122C(c) Akta Perindustrian Sekuriti 1983 (SIA), dan boleh dikenakan hukuman denda tidak melebihi RM1 juta dan penjara bagi tempoh tidak melebihi 10 tahun, jika sabit kesalahan.

Goh dibenarkan ikat jamin sebanyak RM500,000 dengan dua penjamin. Beliau dikehendaki menyerahkan semua dokumen perjalanannya termasuk pasport kepada Mahkamah. Kes tersebut akan disebut pada 9 Julai 2010
