（吉隆坡17日讯）成功置地（BJLAND，4219，主板贸服股）旗下独资子公司Berjaya Leisure（Cayman）有限公司，以3332亿5000万越南盾（约6532万令吉）脱售Berjaya Long Beach有限责任公司的70%股权。

成功置地日前向马交所报备，Berjaya Leisure（Cayman）已与Sulyna酒店餐饮服务有限公司签署资本转让协议，脱售Berjaya Long Beach的70%股权，并免除后者拖欠Berjaya Leisure（Cayman）的所有债务。


收益1720万

成功置地指出，截至今年1月31日，Berjaya Long Beach拖欠的款项，总值为875亿越南盾（约1715万令吉）。

根据文告，上述脱售计划，为成功置地提供了机会实现对Berjaya Long Beach的投资价值。

该公司预计2018年初完成脱售。根据截至今年1月31日未经审计账面值，完成脱售后成功置地可获得1720万令吉收益。

if u refer to pg 4, what is the reason VT sold his stake at BJLand to BJC at 46cents? in exchange he got ICUL @ RM1 per share and Warrant exercise price RM1.

where got ppl sold BJLand shares at RM0.46/share while market value was RM0.70 ?... anyone can answer?
