The 3pm sell down looks like its foreign funds pulling out from our country when their mkt opens

There is no major scare around the world except for the usual US fed announcing their rates hike and changing their mind the very next day. The HK protest is going to normalise with the worst being over by now. The bullets and bombs in those war zones arent a big impact to the world economy. China s growth are better than expected but 2 weeks ago everyone was jittery. Germany s signs of recession are just one of those old european issues, bound to be alerted every now and then. And our latest announced neutralised budget 2015 has minimal impact on property + construction sectors.. as a matter of fact, it's better for gadang.

Global economy potentially can hurt an export based company. And dear Gadang doesn't rely on that. I saw some postings tat says wait till 2018... kekeeke.. really there is no reason to wait that long.

so why the sell down? :)

Someone wants to collect the stocks at very low price and expecting AGM on month end. Whatever it is, AGM is gonna be good news. With such small volume, they have managed to push the price down. This fella is gonna gain as we don't have the collective force to keep buying.
If you dont wan to lose further, hold on to it. If u wan to gain more, buy now and wait for 2 weeks.

anyway... this is just my opinion. Hope all goes well for everyone.

This stock is going down every day. No fundamentals and all speculative. Looks like any stocks JF APEX claimed a high target price, it goes the other way round. Next level it could plummet back to early year level

I doubt it will move after raya. No major catalyst. Sleeping counter and will probably have to wait till next year.

Read some reports saying that our govt s move by increasing the gasoline prices has sparked some confidence for foreign investors in the reduction of our country s deficit.. therefore RM has risen to 3 week high, meaning funds are flowing in.... eeehhhhhh... then radio today announced that ministry of consumer affairs will go around telling us that the hike in gas price is to help us and perhaps counter inflation...eeeehhhhhh.... economic 101

euscilyn has a point that Sept may be a good month for LBS..seems like she is more than an analyst. but all the big negative things are also happening in Sept. hence, this correction can spiral further

@Qiii.. you have a point there. do you reckon that the QE tapering, US forces moving into Syria and the loads of report about Asian crisis looming may further delay any possible good news which LBS plan to uncover (should they have any good news in their mind). All these could lead to a long cold winter

If LBS still owns the most valuable parcel in zhuhai.. what are they gonna do with it when the other 2 parcels are sold? Its just a matter of time they hv to sell it and price to shoot up the roof?

hi sifu, any reasons that this is a good stock? what needs to be announced has been done. and they are keeping quiet about thier dividend should they want to reward investors. what else could be new??
