KJTS was awarded a contract from the branch of a foreign company which shows its trust in KJTS' abilities and experience.

Contract this time from the powerful cash-rich company, KLK .
Once successfully completed on time, more huge contracts would likely to be awarded.
KLK share price is about RM22.40 per share at this moment, 26-03-2024 around 4.20 pm.
By the price of KLK you would know how solid and powerful KLK is. KLK's net asset value stood at RM13.12 per share , one of the shinning stars in the Bursa Market.
In other words, it is very fortunate for TCS to be awarded a huge contract by KLK 's subsidiary.

The trio Lim brothers must have made a thorough analysis and feasibility study before the acquisition..

Today PM Holding closing price RM0.195. Hopefully tomorrow gap up.

I think EXSIM would want the investors to make profit by the investment in PM Holding. That's a win win scenario.
If the investors in PM Holding made profits, very likely would have the fun and mood to try the short term stay accommodation managed by EXSIM during the vacations.

That's why I will invest in PM Holding while the price is still low and wait for their plans to be announced gradually !!!

I don't think EXSIM would let PM Holding remain in the doldrums for too long.

PM Holding belongs to EXSIM. So let's talk about PM Holding and EXSIM .
I think we should have the main dish , not too many rojak , otherwise cannot digest.

My point is that as a token of appreciation, most likely those owners of the EXSIM properties would be the patrons of the short term accommodation managed by and recommended by EXSIM.

Now, you should be convinced as to how popular is EXSIM in the property sector..

From part of the New Strait Times report, EXSIM has about 5 years of experience in short-term accommodation business which PM Holding can leverage on.
In other words, EXSIM would turn around the profitability of PM Holding in due course, with EXSIM'S prudent management and capability.
Moreover, EXSIM would play a prominent role in the promotion of tourism industry in Malaysia.

As I said it is up to EXSIM's decision whether to inject the properties.

Sometimes a company might not want to go through the tedious procedures of IPO and use another company taken -over as a listing vehicle instead. Of course the decision is entirely up to EXSIM.

How long does it take to convert PM Holding into a property giant ? Nobody knows !!!
What I know is that EXSIM is a highly virtuous, experienced, trusted and respected developer.
Employees Provident Fund (EPF)'s subsidiary, Kwasa Land partnering with EXSIM in the RM1.6 billion Kwasa Damansara project is a testimony.

Corus Paradise Resort Port Dickson.

What I hope is that apart from upgrading the Corous Paradise Resort for short term stay with Airbnb style , EXSIM would also inject some its multi billion property projects into this company after the completion of the takeover.

Besides that EXSIM also has other multi billion property developments that are of great demand.

EXSIM is definitely the developer of high integrity only then that Employees Provident Fund's subsidiary KWASA LAND is partnering with EXSIM RM1.6 billion mixed development at KWASA DAMANSARA.
EXSIM is owned by trio Lim brothers.

I own some NOTION and I think it will rebound and will go up , especially with the free bonus warrant issues to reward the investors' and shareholders.

If the Ringgit rising trend persisted , it would reduce the input cost and POWERWELL 's profitability would increase "further".

Net asset value of RM0.76 as indicated in the quarter 31-12-2023 is higher than the share price of RM0.535 at the moment.

NOTION VTEC in the active list is a good sign which means more investors would be noticing this counter
Investors could be looking forward to :
1) better revenues and profits in the coming quarters though the results might fluctuate in certain months ;
2 ) entitlement date of bonus warrant issues which could be announced sooner or later ;
