Sersol and Roton Kimer Capital with form a JV company to market adgreencoat in Asia and China. This adgreencoat paint is a heat resisting paint. Very popular in Japan.
Many industries have already tested it. So Sersol will be the only company in Msia who will manufacturer and distribute the product all over Asia, and Middle East.
Big regional market, only one player. Go figure..
