Not sure if I miss anything - the dividend in May is unusual, do they give details on why changing the timing? (I couldn't find official statement) And is the usual dividend in August still happening?

This is really not credible. TP can be simply cut to MYR12.00 from MYR18.00 by just having a superficial justification on rising NPL which increased to 3.1% from 2.7%

I dont think the assumption of RM0.08 is correct.
using that theory, if the stock price is RM2.60 and special dividend rm2.62, then does it mean the stock price ex special dividend is -RM0.02? doesn't sound logical.

I thought the stock price ex special dividend will be determined again based on the remaining assets and valuation...

why share buyback at this point of time? anyone can shed some lights of the possible intention behind?
