Pursuant to the Deed of Assignment, Odemax absolutely assigns and transfer all its
rights, title, interests, benefits, obligations and liabilities under and in the Letter of
Award awarded by KPHPB to PLSP (“LA”)
as main contractor
to the design, build and
completion of the
“Projek Perumahan Mampu Milik 1Malaysia”

and Daerah Sik, Kedah

. Whereby, PLSP accepts the Assignment
