MrPauper how can pe30 be conservative in our malaysian environment? For tech stocks especially ones that with a bright prospect, PE 30x is considered conservative especially for a turn-around counter with 4 consecutive profits...!!

Based on latest qtr results and annualise , pat should be at least 7.5m - 9m and assume PE of 30x (very conservative figure}, the company shld be worth 225 to 270m, and given the small paid-up cap of 110m, the share price shld be at least worth 2 to 2.5 !! VIS has already made remarkable profits for the last 4 qtrs

Actually this time around, the play is only in Warrants, the mother will hover between .68 to .75 whereas the warrants will spike up tremendously if QA is passed and vice-versa

Given the results (208M No vs 53M Yes), the margin is too wide to save unless new developments take place which I think is unlikely in view of the current oil price (US44). The QA is doomed to FAIL albeit how much we hope and pray that it would pass. Let's face the cruel fact and take some remedial measures especially for Warrant holders, let's call a spade, a spade and do not fall for false and forlorn hope !!

Looking at current scenarios : oil is around US44 and most of the oil companies are struggling to keep their heads above water, who wants to put their good monies on asset acquisition that is dwindling in value and commercially risky, or you want a safer bet of cash return ? Given that all banks are avoiding oil companies like plague and their delinquencies (NPL) are piling up, it's a no-brainer for anyone with sound business practice to get involved in this high-risk business. Let's face the truth, the QA will FAIL miserably with a landslide margin !!

No matter how much we wish for the QA to pass, reality is big boys think having the cash back is safer for them for this is what their initial intention is, given that they are yield investors in the first place

I attended Sona's EGM, eventhough the Promoters tried very hard to convince shareholders, the results came out a LANDSLIDE FAIL, and in Reach's case, this is a foregone conclusion, the QA will FAIL even while the company is biding time and trying to convince some major shareholders, and for Warrant holders, try to salvage however little remnants that is left !!

Looks like Reach will have the same fate as Sona, better sell all your Warrants while the company is biding time, honestly my gut feeling tells me it will FAIL big time, a landslide NO as per Sona.

The 118mln shares bought off-market by MTD Cap is a DECOY, they deceived us by giving us the false impression that they were going to vote YES, and in the process when the Warrants spiked up, they took advantage to dispose all their Warrants at high price !!

This is the reason why we lag so far behind : in Jan 1994 BSKL was at all time high of 1300 whereas Dow Jones were at about 3000; 22 years later, DJ is now at 18000; appreciation of 600% whereas BSKL is now at 1650, only appeciates 27% even after taking into consideration the tempering of some components index stocks !!!
