Speculators buy on news & sell on facts.

I bought after seeing so fantastic results & never responded by market.

Making money at the same time enjoying jokes from Apollo Ang, I feel very satisfying

If look at the pattern of SAB price movement for the past 2-3 years, speculators or traders will or should not come here.

If anyone wanted to fast in fast out & get trapped because never do homework, who can he blame?

Don't blame sky blame earth or even don't blame management if they never tried to develop the land

I will not buy any SAB share if the management want to go into property now or even in 2014.

At that time, property market was extremely hot, many had even blamed management for doing nothing about the land, these could still be seen in the last 2 AGMs.

BUT, what's wrong with the management if they never wanted to develop the land since they had zero experience in property development?
