Fiber still need to be extended to reach every houses and there are a lot of provisioning tasks must be done at TNB network which requires investment of additional network equipments at each area. TNB have to bear this cost and leasing out ports are not so profitable due to MSAP.

It’s amazing to see TM stock is going up due to TNB involvement in HSBB. Now most operation cost and burdens will shift to TNB and TNB stock is currently going down. TM will rise again. TP 3.50

TNB need to invest billions for HSBB roll out while other operators will lease ports with low price due to MSAP. Will face the similar issues like TM before. Will drop like hell.

The issue with maxis staff attitude is not a new thing. I have been scolded once by a Maxis staff because I canceled my iphone pre-order due to their late delivery.

Other than TM, only TIME have guts to build their own fiber infra. Good luck for other telcos with TNB and be prepared for power issue nationwide!

Hoi App. You know what? If TM is no longer a GLC then it will be better for them. No other telcos can use TM fiber infra anymore. Nowadays gov forces TM to give access of their fiber infra to other telcos at very low price. Once TM is no longer a GLC then TM can make it exclusive for TM customers only. Other telcos who are currently renting TM's infra can die with you.
