Astro contracts now auto renew after expiry! Good business if customers miss the information and do not cancel in time! Be careful of this backfiring and more people opt for tv box instead. I was told penalty to downgrade to cheaper plan was RM100 at first, then the agent put me on hold to check and come back later to say penalty is RM1000 because of the box I used for 2 years was higher spec type. 👏🏻

This company has cashflow problems. Overseas customers should not be an excuse for difficulty in collecting receivables. Get someone that can do the job or renegotiate terms
