Based on their latest announcement dont understand why they are selling the Symphony BPO business for only RM20+ million? Tan Sri Azman and the board pf Directors must be sooo stupid when they bought the company in the first place with a goodwill of almost RM100 million. They must have been conned for their stupidity in evaluating the purchase and now having problem of disposing it for a mere RM20+ million with a big loss on disposal. They collectively must be held responsible to the other shareholders for their stupid decision. Perhaps MACC should investigate the purchase deal which was so much overvalued and subsequent sales deal which is so undervalued for elements of "KICK-BACK" which is believed to be the reasons. SC and BURSA why you all never question the logic of all these type of cases. MSWG is worst.
