Philip joined in Dec 14 and leaving within 6 months could mean he is not capable in that position, so have to leave when 6-month probation is up.

Looks like CFO can't perform his job functions up to expectation within the 6 months probation period so it is normal for him to leave lo.
No disruption to the operations as the former CFO could always be on standby while the company hunt for another person to assume the role.

At 1.59 it is about 15% lower from the high of 1.87......time for rebound.

No need panic. Got seller got buyer. Normal for shares to change hand, from weak hands to stronger hands.

This month still up >12% to 1.74 from 1.55 at end Apr.

Don't expect a straight line uptrend. IFCA price appreciated more than 50% every QR announcement as below:
