I find out the below information about Hiaptek.

Eastern Steel sells billet and slab to China and Asean countries using international pricing.
Not China price.
Billet and slab are selling like hot cakes.

Steel pipes and hardware are part of trading business only.

The drop in the rebar price has nothing to do with Hiaptek, who care about China Rebar future price.
Hiaptek does not involve in rebar business.
Malaysian investors are simply selling Hiaptek shares without knowledge.

I recommend to buy Hiaptek because the share price is undervalued.
Q1 2022 result to be released in December 2021 will be very good.
The steel price from August to October is very high.
Patience to wait until December 2021 to receive your Christmas present.

I hope the Q1 2022 good result will help to move up the share price.

I cannot dictate the share price, up or down is beyond my control.

World total consumption of steel in 2020 = 1.772 billion MT
China reduced 30% production of steel from now until 15/3/2022 = 400 million MT
US government spent USD2.2 trillion to implement infrastructure projects required at least 110 million MT of steel.
EU and G7 leaders to implement B3W initiative required a lot of steel, I cannot quantify the usage.

Overall there is great demand of steel in the world especially in US, EU, G7 and China. Not even 1 country can fill up the vacuum of supply once China reduced steel production by 400 million MT.
China reduced production of steel by 30% will affect Chinese steel stocks because of lower PAT.
This action will bring more benefits to all steel stocks in the world.

Malaysian steel stocks will benefit the most because Alliance Steel and Eastern Steel S/B will sell more steel to China because they are actually China companies. The production of steel is shifted from China to Malaysia.

Cheaper raw material will reduce the production cost.
Steel price drops, the profit margin is still the same or better if the drop in the raw material cost is more than the drop in the steel price.

Us rebar steel price was selling as high as USD1,900 in July 2021, more than double if compared to international rebar price US 710 now.

US produced 10% of world steel production, there is a big shortage of steel in the US now.

Hence US government has no choice, but to abolish steel tariff to allow more steel import.

Total PAT = 320.0 million
Total number of shares = 1.732 billion
EPS = 320/1732 = 0.185

Due to recent budget on super tax, I will reduce the PAT to 320 million for FY2022.
Even PAT is 320 million, there is still a 100% increase in PAT.

Q1 2022 result will be released in December 2021, I ask for the target price of 1.00 in 2021 is not really too much.
The present price is 0.565 today, the present PER is 3.05 times.
The target price at 1.00, PER is 5.4 times.

I hope Mr Market will not disappoint me.

OTB, I m just speaking the truth.

In actually fact, I m defending all sifus who are sharing unselfishly so that we can have more sifus willing to share and be respected for their kind acts in sharing their hard works free of charge for everyone here.

We have already lost a great sifu, DK, due to ruthless attack by some parties. This incident most likely have resulted in many sifus decided not to share their works in i3.

When sifus are under attack, I don't see many giving them any support. This is heart breaking for sifus.
