The market did not give proper response towards the plan to pay back the debts. It is not reality.
As you see, when the debts were being cleared after the raising of funds, mpcorp still at the same position to kick off the APTEC and LAKEHILL unless the existence of JV.
When Billy Ch'ng sold the shares to TPY, he did expect that TPY can help him to kick off the APTEC and LAKEHILL. However, TPY did not have sufficient funds to cooperate with Billy Ch'ng. The APTEC requires 3 billion. TPY is sued by Protasco BHD because of secret money issue. I think you guys better not to expect too much. It is an impossible mission unless new funds were being injected and the board was being altered.

do not forget that the issuance of new shares can be cancelled at any time before EGM and even can be denied during EGM.

In fact, i did not agree with speechless.
I think oversupply is not an issue.
There are still demands.
However, i doubt the ability of Charles Ch'ng and especially when mpcorp's 5.2% shares were being sold at 0.55.
Do you think minor shareholders can get better price than Billy?

New shares are at 0.50.
Will the market give a higher valuation than the price of new shares?
If the market price go above 0.50, investors will prefer to get the new shares instead of buying higher.
There shall be some interruptions from the major shareholders to the market price as you see that the issuance of new shares will definitely a failure as the market price lower than 0.50.
If you want to put it a bet, my suggestion is awaiting for 0.58 and sell it. After that, you can get lower price as the price will drop back.
However, i prefer not to involve in such risky investments. I am rather conservative. I have sold my shares.
