Guys, i read a article telling that as method adopted by Bursa Malaysia- "Private placement" have a lock in period of 18 months from the date of allotment of PP to avoid the Investor of PP to sell their shares in higher price via open market and make the undue profits over the others investor. PP is not the thing I got worried most. Through this PP, it can collect about RM117mil. The purchase of Borneo Enegy Oil costs RM800mil. How does it collect the balance of RM682mil. For those bought before 11 July, should be safe if the PP holders throw the share into market. Unfortunately, I bought after 11 July.
