The sharp drop in share price is definitely disturbing the investors' holding confidence . You cant predict what had happened to your investment. How many people could stay slow and steady when you see the large fluctuation of share price just within a few days? You may stay at ease as this has not caused any pain to you. Panic-stricken is just a normal reaction for multitude.

There is no share buyback starting January 2015. Why this is stopped? Because of the cash preparation for acquisation?

I clearly cant understand why the price drop tremendously and the buyback mechanism is not activated. HSCB is like active to curb the price drop. why not? foreign fund dumping? or the boss himself?
there is no clear indication on this counter now. no bad news and yet the price already plummeting like this..

Who knows at all sudden the boss declares for privatisation... what's a wild guess!!

Agree. The coming acquisition takes a large chunk of reserve and this probably the reason hapseng stops buyback lately. Meanwhile, the weaken ringgit may cause the total cost increased substantially. Luckily I disposed my wa earlier else it will be like a double blow... sigh...

It is just a matter of time, I guess. The boss happens to be the major share holder with more than 75% and he will certaintly take action to curb the price drop. Furthermore, the company may still employ share buyback to support.

You will be disappointed to see the share price rebound later. Probably, you may suggest the price drops back to RM2.00 is even better.. Luck with you to unload at higher price but may not wise to pray for the worst at the expense of other holders.

Hard to tell... hopefully the Hapseng management will take pragmatic action to cushion the price drop. Paving the right way to efforts of keeping the price...

Huge dump is also probably from the converted WA as investors collected large chunk of over sold WA last month. Anyway, dont expect hapseng will rebound in quick time. sigh...

Anyway, those have faith in the company just hold tight and wait for the reversal... I am still holding... Buyback at RM4 could be the next move for management.

Selling pressure is strong.. apparently someone is trying to manipulate the share price. I suppose the company placed buyback with large volume at certain price and yet dumping still breaches that blockage.

If you count the wa plus conversion price. You will have the answer yourself
