On behalf of the Board, Mercury Securities wishes to announce that Bursa Securities had, vide its letter dated 26 July 2017, resolved to approve the listing of up to 500,000,000 new NetX Shares to be issued pursuant to the Proposed Share Issuance.

The approval granted by Bursa Securities for the Proposed Share Issuance is subject to the following conditions:-

(i) NetX and Mercury Securities must fully comply with the relevant provisions under the Listing Requirements pertaining to the implementation of the Proposed Share lssuance;

The Group’s principal activities include the provision of mobile payment
systems in the form of electronic funds transfer at point of sale (“EFTPOS”). It
is an electronic payment system involving electronic funds transfers based on
