Imagine if the material announcement bring the par value to 16x and hss brings it to 17x as the par."..then even the 10 dividend feel correctly attach. Imagine the other scenario where you buy a 1xx share but dividend is 10 cents. I will bet you after or just before dividen the share price will drop.....what you and I wants really is sustain for mid period!

Exactly......volume b4 announcement....u have got their attention ( buyer). If volume aft announcement, this is reactive than unwanted stock.....not good because they will leave as soon also!,

If all agree that this is a well balance company, services and product, that announcement WILL make an impact.....volume before announcement!!

If your argument is dividend play I agree and if your argument is material listing, I too agree...but fact of matter is ppl need to see that they are buying in to three reason I stated above....
