the price will not drop below the PP price , it will be safeguarded by the company....
if price lower than PP price , no point for the new investor to come invest millions in Sumatec.....

the PP is cheaper becoz suma short of funds to develop new found (larger gold oil mine)
so they want funds they have to sell to a strong funder at cheaper price.....
in short it is still fund raising.....
the question is this new investor STRONG GILER?
