（吉隆坡25日讯）尽管鹏达集团（PANTECH,5125,主板工业产品服务组）2020首半年业绩不如市场预期，但分析员看好旗下碳钢全面恢复出口至美国，製造业务可在下半年改善盈利。

艾毕斯研究指出，鹏达被征收的183%反倾销税收被撤销后，恢复向美国出口碳钢对焊配件，第二季製造业务销量因此按年增长24%至6520万令吉。

达证券也指出，该公司碳钢製造厂利用率已从2020财政年首季预测的30至40%，增高至次季的100%。

但艾毕斯表示，由于恢复出口美国的第一批碳钢的製造成本增高，导致营运利润从11.5%下滑至8.2%，净赚幅收窄至5%。



艾毕斯指出，该公司2020财政年首6个月净利1840万令吉，仅达全年财测的34%，营收也只相等于2020财政年预测的45%。

不过，该行指出，随著碳钢逐渐恢复出口至美国，製造业务财测将有所改善，进而维持2020至2021财政年的营收和每股盈利预测。

另一方面，达证券则基于该公司次季表现不如预期，对其製造业务赚幅收窄和贸易量减少作出调整，进而下砍2020至2022财政年财测26至27%。

但是，达证券对于鹏达集团的投资主轴不变，主要在于健康的资产负债表和潜在收购合併，以及国油的本地资本支出转移至上游项目，将酝酿出对本地离岸项目的需求。

在调整财测后，达证券维持2020年10倍本益比来估算，下调目标价至57仙。
