My bet is that tis year genm 3rd quarter result is going to be good bcoz in its 2017 same quarter result, the net profit had alrdy dropped 65 %. So......

My personal experience. Last time I bght a stock. PB analyst TP was 3.5X, I felt strange & in fact I still continued buying at 3.5X, eventually I sold them off at 4.30, & then it went up to 4.7X. If analysts can predict so accurately, they won't be sitting there always working.......
