Is this 2016 or 2017? The header says 2016 , but the summary page says 2017?

Can the expert here tells me why the price dropped so much after bonus issue. I calculated, the price was supposed to be ard 0.84 after bonus issue based on yesterday closing price. So If I buy VIS today, am I entitled to bonus issue since ex date is 10 nov to 14 nov (inclusive)?
