No more shares buyback

Shares buyback stopped since 29/03 don't know whether this is considered mission accomplished for them to shore up the share price? Treasury shares holding 4.89230% now.

Is this the case of shares buyback got greedy?

Everyday shares buyback. Hopefully it keeps supporting price higher.

I think many have overlooked on this one which is still quite cheap with low PE and healthy profit every Qr. We shall see if it can get some new contracts or projects this year to boost it's tenderbook.

Signature has been invited to bid for kitchen work packages for the Battersea phase 3A development, which consists of 539 units of residential properties, which are targeted for completion in 2019. In a typical construction progress, kitchen jobs will usually start at the end of the construction cycle. As such, should the group successfully win the job bidding process, it will serve to enhance its performance for FY18 and FY19.

Banking on the group’s stringent quality control and design standard, as well as its close relationship with Sime Darby, we are very optimistic on the group’s chances of winning the project. Speaking to reporters after the group’s EGM in April 2016, group managing director Tan Kee Choong said “Our chances are very high, with the relationship we have and also the track record that we have with Sime Darby”.

Dividend is not given out yet this year so still can collect. Price also bottom now with low PE.

Share price should be bottoming out at current prices so we bottom fishing now. Still value buy.
