Disappointing given that the current efforts are only to get back to black. Cant even talk about any (even minuscule) growth yet.

I think at some point, some people are going to start accumulating given the low price and likelihood of a back to black. However, too many things still uncertain. Confidence also not improving since on the ground customer service still no major improvements.
Imagine if the service is super good, there would be stronger confidence in the company to recover.

i don't understand why the postal segment keeps making losses, cant even reach breakeven. even if they over invested in sorting centres, wouldn't it mean they have better scale compared to the insource e-comm platforms? i.e. cheaper? Plus they already have the delivery network as part of the USP.

At this rate, probably should just start delivering KFC and McDonalds. Or distribute flyers for ad revenue.

Hhhmmm its actually a consistent trend i see that most local company apps are crap (MYSJ? AZ registration - blame google maps? ). I guess the talent pool in this region is still a long way to go. If they sub-con to india would probably be worse.
