2bits.. a clear bearish pennant developed a couple of weeks ago,apex which is v close to 17000.Your comment on this..is the upleg from 1595 a continuation of wave C from 1567 which has a tp at 1723 based on your chart analysis of the 2 or 5 yrs chart.TQ

good morning...klci...if hawk is rite that 1723 shud be the tp for the upleg from 1595 there still be a point where a downward correction to occur b4 it greets the aforesaid tp.U shud get a clearer picture looking at the 2 yr chart which shows that the upleg from 1595 cud be the final upleg,wave 5 of Major D or 4 b4 the final formation of the major downleg occurs.
Short term:trade cautiously if it hits 1699-1709 area as I expect to c some meaningful downward correction to occur towards 1669 thru next week.Immediate res is at 1699 which if breached wud open its door for test at 1704 or 1709 b4 it makes a moderate downward correction.good luck with those looking at Hs to trade.

good morning..klci..Ci closed at high of yesterday's narrow trading range,may indicate it wud test higher into 1669-71 area which I expect to hold as strong res area today.A moderate correction on the downside shud take place soon.Important chart points to watch for:1662(clsg) n immediate support at 1651(sup) which has to be violated for next test into 1639-1644 area.Check yr charts 1st for yr SL b4 u decide to hold or add more.good luck.

Duit...is the finance sector important to CI or the fresh bloods r not taking it as an important indicator..anyway,m v positive will c a moderate correction from 1669(clsg) if 1661 res is not strong enough to stop the bulls.

2bit...there is a possibility that 1669(clsg)wud start the pullback of CI from now based on past reading of one wave count...So,1661 may not be as important compared to 1669.

I called my old buddy,a rich guy who held millions of $ in maybank,trying to warn him what I learned from somebody.He replied,he tot so but was much earlier n had disposed all already.

my trading strategy for short-med term...buy puts on further pullback.Dont overlook over the poor performance of finance sector.

Some of u may think there is a potential s-h-s formation in place after hitting low 1567....a classic s-h-s develops on the top area,not from the bottom or mid areas.

good morning...klci...the upleg which started from 1595 cud be part of major C(from 1567)which had developed with an irregular fashion failing to hit maximum target at 1723 after it broke below 1656-61 area Or it was juz an irregular C.Doesnt matter,we will know later.Lets assume that the upleg from 1595 is Wave E...wave 1-1595-1635..wave 2-1635-1621 wave 3-thats where it is now still in process with a potential to test initial strong res at 1661 from now,cud hold as a resistance point for a temporary retracement/pullback towards 1639-43 b4 it makes a new upleg to test abv 1661 for 1673 or 1685.
3 targets on the upside 1661,1673 n 1685 r based on equality of length of wave 1(1595-1635=40 pips),1.318 of wave 1 n 1.618 of wave 1 respectively.Above 1685,i wud consider it as a v risky zone for accumulation especially for short term players.
Short term outlook..don't think accumulating at or 1661 wud ripe good profits n as CI is overdue for a downward correction which I expect to c within this week.
