good morning...klci...Long term outlook:The major downleg from 1867 is not a Major C wave within the major downtrend.I look at it as a Major 3 downleg which may have ended at 1504 within the major Bear trend which consists of 5 major waves sequence which cud be expected to end at 1400.What we r looking for,is the Major wave 4 upleg to develop any time from now and at this point its too early to confirm it has really begun from 1504.It might start to develop from the next low ie below 1504 towards 1480.In other words,the Major 3(NOT C) downleg from 1867 may be extended below 1504.The crucial long term point lies at 1671 which has to be overlapped to ascertain that the major correction on the downside is over.

Short term outlook:the impulsive upleg seen yesterday from 1504 can be classified as wave a of Wave 4 which cud be extended towards 1579 b4 wave b downleg takes place for a retest at 1504 sup forming a classic wave b pattern n hopefully wave c upleg wud develop for test at 1597 which shud be the top of the consolidation phase over the short-med term.

Duit..they can only slow down the speed of the downtrend but nothing is done for the timebeing to attract inflows from FF.HOW,with current political crisis!

We have seen only the completion of v of 3 today at 1504.its probably now progressing for wave 4 within the long term bearish mode.

For major 5,it shud hit new low even below 1450.
