Good morning...klci...m trying to recall on my chart analysis a few days ago.....The downleg which started from 1823,sw3 of Wave 3,shud still be in process n the TR seen from 1688 to present,is classified as sw4 which shud end juz below 1745 within the final lap from 1727.Upon completion of sw4,sw5(downleg)shud start to develop for test of a new low ie below 1688.A break below 1709 is required b4 we can confirm that sw5 is in process for a new low.In short,m expecting to c CI to correct downwards after test of 1745 is seen n to confirm that sw5 is in process for a new low it has to break below 1709...hope i have made it clear!good luck n have a wonderful weekend...talk to u guys on Monday.

Good morning.klci..the upleg seen yesterday,an impulsive one,is clearly a wave 3 which has completed its course at 1737 n further upticks with a new high may be seen if 1717 holds from now.This is a good chance to sell yr stocks n prepare for the next downleg to reinstate yr positions later.I don't expect to c CI to break above 1745,not within this week for sure n maybe not all reaching it if the next corrective upleg is seen processed from here.MED TERM DOWNSIDE TP at 1642 is expected to be seen within this month.

Chun...there is shortage of one upleg to test abv 3.82 for 4.00 or higher.On the long term chart,it appears stuck within consolidation mode with lower end at 2.98 as main sup n 3.62 as strong res pt.It has to break/close abv 3.62 to confirm the final upleg is in process which seems v unlikely to happen over the short or med term.

Connie...I wud only sell futures..margin is only 2.5k per contract n if u r only trading small,u don't need to have the system installed,juz look at the fbmklci as an indicator.I don't like to pay premiums as I only sell to receive premiums when comes to trade with futures options.

Fardar...we r buying only for short term trading...no way to be bullish for med long term except for some selective counters.

good morning...klci...The major downleg from 1867 shud be taken as ssw5 within the corrective mode which began from 1896 instead of major wave C corrective downleg.It had been in my mind its either in ssw5 or a corrective wave 4 within the major Wave 3 when it started to decline from 1867.Now,i believe it has to be the former ie it has a minimum target at 1642.
As said b4,any rebound seen from 1691 wud be shortlived n yesterday's price actions were quite impulsive n its left to be seen if it cud close abv 1715.What if it does....the upper limit on further rebound abv 1715 is expected to be between 1732-1745 n u can forget abt 1756 or higher over the med term.good luck.

good morning..klci...the short med term support pt at 1714 remains as crucial from now for upside test into the 1741-45 area which is supposed to be the minimum upside target b4 month-end.The next res area lies at 1751-56 which is expected to be tested once 1745(clsg)res is violated.There r multiple extensions leading from 1744 without any impulsive price actions seen after low at 1714 was tested n if 1718 is seen attacked again,i wud expect it to hit 1706.good luck.
