Try to limit exposure on stocks as of now till the wave is clear.

1620 should provide a meaningful bounce.. a break of 1615 will spell more downside for KLCI.

KLCI corrective wave from high of 1727.33 on 2015-10-18 has turning from a simple abc wave to abcde. CI should test support at 1622 next if 1635 is not holding. 0.50Fibo support at 1615 should provide good support if 1622 gives way.

Its better to use it as a confluence factors together with rsi, stochastic and moving average! it will definitely kill you by using candlestick alone only.

Minimum target of 1662 ... window dress might push to 1682 max.
1653 is taken out this morning...

A region between 1662 and 1682 is achievable by next week.
1700 is unlikely unless bomoh wave is pumped up.

If CI breaking below 1622 again... the dark side is getting stronger.. please hop on millennium falcon or X-wing and run as fast as u can before the death star eradicate your capital.

If CI retrace within support level and start charging again, may the FORCE be with CI till year end.

Oil has a target of usd 30 or below to complete the 5 waves count from 110.

Con: see how it holds up above 1660! Better swim with it rather then will it... we have lost quite a lot opportunities this year by willing it!

CI rebounding healthily breaching 0.235 & 0.382 fibo. now setting target on 0.5 and 0.618fibo. Now Fed rate worry is over.. but on our bolehland ... oil price and RM are not looking good.

On the safe side, i will label 3 waves abc structure bouncing from 1622. Be cautious on your position when CI heading 1660 area which is 0.618fibo from 1622 or peak of downtrend w1 (1663)


0.235W3 = 1637.65 (breached)
0.382W3 = 1646.92 (breached)
0.5W3 = 1654.37
0.618W3 = 1660
