Capt: was looking at monthly CI last night... major wave 1 top at 1450 area.. major 3 at 1896... current major wave 4 shouldnt break below major wave 1 right?

Current 3 downleg from 1867 probably ends at 1480 region. W4 TR at 1640 area... what about the last leg 5? If crack below 1450... that would violate the major wave 1 on monthly chart?
