my concern is whether the new shareholder will support high dividend payout as yilai has done. some of the companies earn a lot but just retain cash in company rather than declare as dividend.

agree, somemore 3 cents dividend is coming. I think most of the investors will hold it. from the increasing share price movement yesterday accompanied with increasing volume, good prospect for this acquisition. I personally will make a hold call
