Abbyloo, i really cant tell u when will the price will fly cos i m not the big player but patience investor. Based on my observation, skpres is building its base for the next rally. 1 of the method you can use is seller quee must be more than buyer quee in order for skpres to break record high.once seller quee is clear, big player will increase buyer quee quickly with higher price n more volume to prevent u to buy low n sell high. It is 1 of the tactics they use. Different big player use different tactics and experience need to be accumulated to enhance your trading skill.

hi ppginvest, yes, I strongly believe mulpha is an undervalued stock which is in asset play. I have categorised my investment into few categories like dividend, growth, high NTA etc to match my investment objectives. I dare not say i earn the most but at least much better than FD rate or ASM, wawasan 2020. Most of my stocks are cyclical stock play which I am able to hold it patiently and wait for its rebound.

ppginvest , yes, I do agree. My question always to qwerty is only for TA because I am a fundamental investor and have never used chart as a guideline. What I want to learn from qwerty is I would like to combine my skill and experience with his TA to make my investment more accurate on timing. Let's revalue its current holding on listed company --- Mudajya--552M*22%*RM2.08=RM252M, Mulphal--228M*71%*RM0.455=RM73M, Aveo group---500M*26%*Aus2.23*2.98=RM863M

Total revaluation = RM252M+RM73M+RM863M=RM1.188 billion.

From the above, we can discover that Aveo group market value has been increasing a lot from last year to RM 863M. With today market price of RM0.48, Mulpha market value is RM1.13 billion. Almost equal to Mulpha current market price. Thus, I wont be surprised why mr lee is willing to invest more on Mulpha @ RM0.46. at the same time I keep accumulating when price is softening.

I, uchitech008, strongly recommend this potential stock to everyone. Mulpha might not skyrocket like other penny stocks but definitely slowly and steady. I personally make a strong buy call and keep accumulating once price is softening. Mr lee off market deal really added my more confidence on mulpha, I wish everyone may find and take this undervalued shares too. Keep going.

I read newspaper regarding E&O today and said price will be going up if revaluation is done. If we observe current market trend, we are not difficult to find out that mulpha price will be moving uptrend if revaluation is done also recommendation from those promoters. Normally, a 20 to 30 % discount of NTA is used for fair market value of a property stock. With current mulpha NTA 1.00++, 30% discount worth at least 0.70 now. what if after revaluation and recommendation from those promoters, I think double profit from current price in near term is not a dream but in real.

another77, from my observation, buying bulk of shares really need a discount. For seller view, they can dispose with the intended quantity they want at a bit lower than market price because it is mostly impossible to dispose so many lots in open market in one time because it will cause panic sell if seller wants to sell it in big lots. Off market deal create a place for negotiation at an agreeable price. good to both buyer and seller at willing buy and willing sell.

i think monday will be panic buy if more and more mulpha supporters know mr lee is the one who closed this 40m shares transaction.

Somemore, 40m shares done off market @ 0.46 means something good is going to happen, checked history this is the highest off market deal since 2009. I am very confident and has increased my holding more and more.

i am very confident it can if report is good accompany with some corporate exercise like bonus issue. Normally subur just declared 3 to 5 cents first and final dividend. with expecting good result , higher dividend might be declared. A stock worth to be considered as a defensive in this uncertain market.

AbbyLoo, i am hoping so. Anyway, an undervalued stock worth waiting. We really cant forecast any share price movement but i am sure it is better than buying speculative stock which make your heart beat moves like roller coaster.

AbbyLoo, I know technically pmetal look good but price is getting higher and higher. The price may continue going up but I think I prefer to buy stock that is still fair in value and has not moved up much. If u check the mulpha history, it is near the recent low with current price. I believe mulpha now need some what so called expert to analyse it, once it is focused, asset revaluation will be its hot topic and people will keep chasing like SAB......

Abbyloo,frankly speaking, i m still holding mulpha with big lots . Although technically mulpha look not as promising, i will keep accumulating it when price is in weakness. Fundamentally, mulpha balance sheet still looks very promising. After disposing non core business, mulpha has more clear direction on its business plan. I gave a comment on mulpha forum, u might refer it. Although some might not like what i said, but it is true n exit in our society.

Yew,it is a compulsory announcement for those person closely related to company especially director to make announcement if they want to buy company shares. Subur Md has been accumulating shares in recent quarters. if you look back, she has purchased some shares everytime before announcement of quarterly report. I have followed her to buy but so far subur just have some small movement to reach recent highest 2.67.

when every time a stock is dropping, many people will complain y is dropping or should sell earlier, but when it is up, many people also complain why bought so little or none. To sum up, people always like complaining. Just want to ask 1 question, is it mulpha fundamentally turn worse or better, if better, we should not be afraid of any current downtrend price. we must overcome our fear and wait for its price recovery. I strongly believe mulpha will be and will keep accumulating more and more as WHEN I BELIEVE.

Ta gave a buy call remain target price 0.77 but kenanga gave a sell call. ha ha, so skpres supporter, what call you give? for me, I give strong call.

mulpha is not selling condo but price range above 2.5 m n above semi d n bungalow. it has the least effect since those buying are for leisure rather than investing. that match its name, leisure farm.
