SSlee why do you agreed that In Malayisa the Chinese school the languare of instruction could be in Chinese except for Science, technology (IT), engineering, and mathematics the language of instruction should be English. Whereas you disagreed that Mongolia school's languare of instruction should be in Mongalia language.
