Which mean, there will be blood shed next week or until the issue price finalized.
Price going to be dumped so hard so that person of interest can get cheap cheap PP which will be easily 20-30% cheaper than current price. This is their usual tactics.

Jaks is scam company for sure... twice every year without a miss, it will be either PP or RI to dilute existing public investor holding. After years of fund raising and every year overall reported making profits and all but still insufficient cash flow for daily operation and to repay this and that.
Obviously its either mis-manage from the management or those raised fund goes into a very smart person of interest's pocket.
Stay away from the counter, cut loss if you are still holding.
