Usually, warrant will trade at DISCOUNT coming to expiry... COS investors don't feel to take out $ to exercise.. RISK AND RETURN..

I had mentioned before, there is value in WCT, the main problem is tight cash flow, which i dont see is abig issue. At the gearing of 80%, i think WCT can still gear up for the project. Project financing is not a big issue for WCT..

The management has been focusing on this new graphene based chemical since last year. Monitoring the performance of this new product lines which could be another boom to the company...

To clarify, WCT is not in deficit position, it is in tight cash flow position. In fact it is asset rich company. Like what i mentioned, WCT has been utilising BORROWED MONEY to build up cash flow asset. I believe this is the strategy many property and construction is focusing. One of the success stock is KSL, and IBHD is doing the same thing now.. SO, Whether It work of not depend very much on the management... YOUR OWN JUDGEMENT,,,,,

In fact, i can see that WCT is in TIGHT cash flow situation now, But it is not at the worrying situation. Anywhere, WCT has good value in the company. This is one of the good time to accumulat the stock regardless at RM1.40 or RM1 if one has mid term time horizon. No one can really time and predict the market.. RM1 can be possible!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Risk highlighted by MARC is a concern, gearing is trending up. I believe this risk is factored in the share price at RM1.40.. IF NOT, you will not see the share price at this level. Risk and return, Fair to say that, i can see WCT has been utilising the "BORRORED MONEY" to build up it property, land and shopping malls in order to create shareholder value.

After the QR result and analyst briefing, the bottom dont look too bad... It is better and prefer to invest in scomi energy Bhd compared to scomi group. It is better to shift to scomi energy..

No worry... WCT-WE good bet for mid term. Every new warrant listed, there are period of consolidation, those want to sell and new comers want to buy. After these period of consolidation, price will spike faster. I dont see so much massive selling... Wish more selling. Great time to buy..
