Ta Win Holdings Berhad (“Ta Win” or the “Company”) is pleased to announce that its subsidiary,
Cyprium Wire Technology Sdn Bhd (“CWT”), had on 9 August 2021 received and accepted a
frame contract issued by the Aptiv PLC (“Aptiv”) group (“Frame Contract”) for the supply of
power and signal distribution system, high tension cable, battery cable, and other automotive
components/parts for local automobile models in Malaysia.

Under the Frame Contract, CWT shall supply 13 specifications of power and signal distribution
system, high tension cable, battery cable, and other automotive components/parts for local
automobile models in Malaysia to the Aptiv group per the terms and conditions as stipulated in
the Frame Contract as well as the global vendor agreement dated 23 March 2021.
The tenure of the Frame Contract is 6 months, from 1 July 2021 to 31 December 2021. Based
on the ongoing discussion with the Aptiv group, CWT’s management estimated the total contract
quantity under the Frame Contract shall be up to 10,000 km per month

Your question should now current the market cap is at 500 million, is it justified? If Tawin return to consistent profit what should be the right market cap? 1 billion? Does it make sense or still 500 million? Dont just type all those dumb mathematics everyone knew how to calculate lar. You just look dumb here based on the experience investor in Ta Win forum.
