Pmetal report last qtr earning is out standing, projected 15cts a share, if 15cts x 4 qtrs x 80% ( for uncertainties ) will be 48cts EPS, at current price RM 3.20 , it only stand at 7 x, NTA 2.xx.


But HupSeng is different story...................

High PE still, very very low NTA at 0.19, current price play at 5 x of NTA.........

pls check their debts and cash in hand......stocks, receivables, ...........n u will know.

Guys, pls dun chase this stock, free fall 1........ NTA 0.19 cts, EPS 4.5 cts (assuming), now it traded at 95 cts ( PE 21x ) , very very expensive..........

this shares was fry up from year 2012, RM 1.80 a shares to this year RM 8.10 b4 split. almost 400% from year 2012.

be-careful, a lot downside will be foresee.

之所以会买因为估值便宜, 高股息。在11, 12 , 13 年都由拿过 3分的股息。

2014 年, ex 之前把它给卖了, 然候全部投入 EFFICEN.

Efficen 为我带来非常的高利润, 会买efficen 因为看好ALIBABA.

今年进最低155, 最高205。 到现在还持有, E COMMERCE 还会红多一下。

个人唱坏明年的市场。

估计今年尾会卖完全部股票收山。今年是丰收年.

今天很闲, 没菜来。 在这吹吹水一下。

From RCPS price , we can know some "BIG HAND" is supporting its price at 490-495..... i tried yesterday..... i ask my bro in law to dispose all his rcps at .495 and .490 ....... .495 pickup by a same hand. Quite a numbers of shares.

They did very well actually........ coz support the RCPS price to avoid share holder go n redeem the RM 500.00

Actually amprop is quite a remarkable stock , its run from low 32 cts at yr 2010 to high 1.49 this year , almost 400% gain in 4 years including dividend.......

The run is over ??

Mr Lim, my opinion is , every share price at that moment is consider as " Market Value " ...........

Market Value means -------- > Market is giving its price at this time.

!) Energy renewal --------> new news but currently market don't play energy stock due to low price of crude oil.
2) Property segment at UK ------- > As England PM foreseen there will be a recession soon
3) Japan Mall ------ > I NO NEED MENTIONED AGAIN
4) ESOS --- > pls check on their annoucement, the price they offer to their staff
5) Rental Segment -------> i only see Amcorp mall is doing well but others , keke...... ( But most of their office n property quite old liao, didn't renovate)


may b it needs a couples of new development at PJ area aka NEW Condominium or new highway etc........


Hope or mayb it got any other positive issue as well...... Lets pray or just avoid this temporary.

Listing date 07/10, deadline to change cash is within 3 mths listing date, change cash within 2 mths ----> no charge and hav to write in to amprop. 2nd mth to 3Rd mth ----> more complicated process.

After 3 mths , no cash can be redeemed but they will pay u 2% interest based on 50cts ------> FD EVEN HIGHER RATE.

RCPS matured on year 2019, 2 RCPS get 1 mama.

I mean may be u can sell RCPS now and wait n see.

I expect RCPS will start to fall after 3 mths listing and the price will follow 1/2 price of mama, remember RCPS can get interest 2%, but not DIVIDEND.

If got mama, why I still want RCPS. ?

Amprop result out , this qtr profit 8.6 mil which include 5.3 mil from 1 time gain of disposal associates company.

PE still high base on projection from this qtr.

1.2 cts X 4 = 4.8 cts.

At current price , Amprop was traded at PE 18. ( Which not include RCPS ).
