Investor should know which research analyst is accurate most of the times...Personally, I think if the brokers advise were so valuable then they would have buying stocks not selling advises. After all, rely on your self decision... make your own strategy!

People don't realise that every time you blame someone or something else you are in some way responsible for your situation as well. I guess it all comes down to personal accountability.
Maybe every time you point your finger at someone or something else there are three fingers pointing right back to you. Just remember...

Many traders get stressed out / anxiety because they are trading stocks that are extremely volatile because they want to make big returns in a short period of time!!

Focus on the long game!
Nobody can be right all the time and nobody can be wrong all the time. Each investor should know whose research report is accurate most of the times.
By the way, there's always a disclosures and disclaimer statement at the end of the research report... please read thru' it carefully if you know what I mean...

Short selling is a risky trade but can be profitable if executed correctly with the right information backing the trade. In a short sale transaction, a broker holding the shares is typically the one that benefits the most, because they can charge interest and commission on lending out the shares in their inventory.
People also get it wrong when they try to buy/sell shares by judging future market movements. Nobody can predict future market movements.
The question is, do you still believe those price target that provided by the stockbrokers?

Do not rely on the so called brokerage reports... Just use them for information! Focusing on stock fundamentals.
Your decision should be based on your investment horizon. If you intend to hold a stock for a long period, you should not bother much about the broker's ratings. Usually, brokerages give buy, hold and sell or outperform and under-perform ratings and a target price for 6-18 months. While the view is for a specified period, it can be altered in the the event of a big change affecting the company. Remember, your stockbroker would starve to death if you adopt buy and hold strategy!
No matter who you are dealing with (especially i3 investor forum), remember to consider motives of any person sitting across the table from you. Virtually everyone has their own agenda.
Charlie Munger once said, "Never underestimate the power of incentives", and be aware of the potential conflicts of interest between broker reports and their corporate clients.
