My brokering firm is Affin Hwang n the longest duration they allowed for the GTD is 1 month.

Initial entry of the GTD needs my dealer's approval n follow up entry of that item which is not done doesn't need the approval anymore. That means approval for any items need to be approved once only. I do not know about other brokering firms.

LeiJun, conversion amounts have to be paid by bank drafts but registrar's charges can be paid by cash or personal cheque. Burce, if u want to buy Iris at 18 cents n u book at that price for 10 days, 20 days or 30 days so that ur Q will always be there n ur line up will not be changed so u use GTD. When it reaches ur Q then u got ur purchase n that item will be deleted. The advancetage is that v will not lose in the Q n maybe always at the front n also v don't have to key in every time until the expiry of ur GTD date.
