Yes, it's a three-storied building n rental of retail spaces should be one of their main revenue which I think would be good owing its big n large building with a lot of spaces. I think it'll be opening soon.

Flytothemoon, u must know that all Iris's projects r quite recent, some have already started but not fully completed yet n some r about to start like the one with the MOA just signed. In order to generate income into profit, the company has to fully completed the projects first n I really don't know how r the terms of their payments but when fully completed I'm very sure all the $$$$$$$$$$ will be coming in n that's why this counter is good for long term investment. U r right bbc123, if any other companies that got the project or news of such project like what Iris got its price would have gone up very high only God knows but never happened to Iris..........I really don't know why!!! I really have faith in Iris n I know it'll surely go up very high.........when I really don't know but treat it as long term investment as all the projects r already there. Trade at own risk.
