AtamTua, may I correct a bit under Part 2 of ur views on the much talked about Proposed Capital Deduction Scheme as follows:-
1) Assuming reducing par value per share to 25 sen from 50 sen.
2) Then Nos of shares will be 354,198,600 shares = RM177,099,600.
3) Share Capital is further reduced by RM88,549,650. This is the amount shareholders would be paid in cash as the 'cash payout' we've been looking forward to.
4) Balance per share capital after the whole exercise = RM88,559,950.
If my calculation is correct then Part 3 onwards will be adjusted accordingly.
Correct me if I'm wrong. Tq.

Mike, early In the morning I queued in order to save but instead ending up paying more. I could have got the shares at 32.5 sen if I bought direct from sellers. Popular counters never q but buy straight away at the sellers' price if resonable. A lesson well learned!

Even if there is a capital reduction say 25sen, they won't return all to us as there is a huge accumulated losses to take care off first then only the balance probably they may give us. Correct me if I'm wrong. Tq.

I like chocolate n I believe that this company has pontential n the price will advance. Just like pwroot when the price was at 50 sen nobody bothered to buy but when it reached RM1.00 everybody chasing after it. I've just keyed in two items to buy pmcorp at 34.5 sen n 35 sen n hope that any one of the item will be successful, if both so much the better.

AyamTua, I've just read ur above thread in which u stated ur TP 1.38 which I think is not beneficial to us when v bought the share at 35 sen ...........as follows:- 35x4=1.40-1.38=2
4 shares of 25 sen converted into 1 share of RM1.00 valued at RM1.38.......negative 2 sen.
Correct me if I'm wrong. Tg. I think the above is a guessing game only.
