Imformed... I been following this guy YiStock who wrote few blog on Cuscapi & agree that the REV is something BIG to them this Q3/4-2017. But I still couldn't link how Cuscapi can benefit from GST monitoring system by MyEg. I mean their POS is not the only one compatible in the market on this tracking system.

But I kind of confident that it is on a turn around mode now with the four new investor investing so much into a "dying" badly managed company like Cuscapi. Some more with Datuk Jaya (UQS) inside now, see how Eforce from a 0.040 company to now....

Form the chart view, seriously it's not good to enter with dark cloud cover yesterday & another black candle today! Perhaps we shall buy more when the price found a bottom heading for reversion.

Extra note on top of the REV & GST above. Jack Ma arrival with 1500 candidates this month might bring in something which benefit Cuscapi as I noticed his last visit on March, Cuscapi shoot up for a while. Could Cuscapi granted with any contract related to KLIA/KLIA2/KLAeropolis since the logistic hub is now confirmed at KL Aeropolis.

（吉隆坡11日訊）據傳MYEG服務（MYEG，0138，主要板貿服）聯合創辦人兼董事經理黃天順及私募基金Creador公司創辦人兼總執行長布拉馬，已靜悄悄成為汽車經銷及房地產發展公司宏進工業（PERMAJU，7080，主要板貿服）主要股東。

據知情人士向《中國報》透露，他們倆是通過瑞士信貸集團（Credit Suisse Group AG）在今年9月21日于公開市場購入一共970萬股，增持股權至5.17%。

經查證后發現，宏進工業今年9月26日曾向馬證交所報備，瑞士信貸確實在9月21日于公開市場購入宏進工業968萬股普通股，持股權增加至5.169%。

該名知情人士稱，黃天順及布拉馬會對宏進工業產生興趣，相信是因為該公司透過旗下房地產臂膀Hardie發展私人有限公司在沙巴亞庇擁有100英畝可供發展土地。

儘管宏進工業目前正蒙受虧損，但當中具有潛在發展潛能，尤其是Hardie目前正在亞庇發展一個總發展值高達10億令吉的城鎮。

另外，兩年前，Hardie才與Mydin Mohamed控股公司簽署租賃合約，以在城鎮內建設一座Mydin霸級商場及購物廣場。

宏進工業當前市值為7700萬令吉，據最新財報，其截至今年6月底首半年，錄得344萬令吉虧損，營業額按年則滑落25%至3171萬令吉。

黃天順大馬富豪榜排第39

據2017年《福布斯》大馬50大富豪榜，黃天順首次入榜，一上榜便以3.3億美元（約14.7億令吉）身家位居第39位。

黃天順也是MYEG服務的單一大股東。

據知情人士透露，外資及本地投資者近期正逐步從馬股中購入遭低估的股票。

據繽紛（PALETTE，0005，創業板科技）2017年財報資料顯示，黃天順及布拉馬也崛起成為這家多媒體公司的大股東，黃天順以持有1252萬股或3.92%股權，成為該公司第5大股東。

布拉馬則持有繽紛共2000萬憑單或相等于13.77%，就持有權來計算，他是持有繽紛憑單第2最多的人。據悉，布拉馬也通過瑞士信貸集團持有繽紛母股。

Malaysia's Cuscapi Plans To Raise MYR79.80 Mln Via Shares, Warrants

KUALA LUMPUR (Oct 10) -- Malaysian software company Cuscapi said Tuesday it has inked subscription agreements with four parties in relation to a proposed issuance of 300 million shares together with 60 million warrants, that could potentially raise 79.80 million ringgit ($18.91 million).

The company has fixed the issue price at 0.25 ringgit per share while warrants will be issued at 0.08 ringgit apiece, according to an exchange filing. Proceeds raised from the exercise will be used for business expansion and working capital.

Under the agreements, Cuscapi said Ultimate Quality Success will subscribe 200 million shares with 40 million warrants, while Ong Chin Hui will buy 50 million shares and 10 million warrants. For the remaining two purchasers - Koh Kin Lip and Tan Kim Heung will each buy 25 million shares and 5 million warrants.

Upon completion, Ultimate Quality Success will hold a 28.47% stake in Cuscapi, while current major shareholder Transight Systems' shareholding will fall to 7.91% from 13.81%.

Cuscapi targets to complete the exercise in the fourth quarter of 2017, subject to Bursa Malaysia and shareholders' approval.
