而且，大股东在今年把股权从72%减少到23%，一些甚至是以低于30仙贱价售出。
说到大股东减持股票，我们觉得如要卖股票，为何要95仙上市后，不说最高1.93令吉不卖，却等到30仙才卖，这真是马股里不可解开的谜之一。
同时，公司净资产每股1.14令吉，净现金约10亿令吉，即每股80仙，大股东需要卖股吗？
如果我是大股东（控制72%），又等钱用的话，面对这样的公司，我会怎么办？以利益来作出发点，我不如把公司私有化更好。以其股价22仙，我大可出价28仙收购，溢价28%。
至于凭单由于不到价，出价0.5仙即可。
收购成功的话，公司的每股80仙我可以占为己有，而那28%的28仙出价，总成本约等于1亿令吉，即每股8仙，扣了以后我其实是占有了一间净现金约9亿令吉，即每股72仙的公司。
这样好的买卖，相信很多银行乐意借我一笔钱来融资进行收购，而不是劝我卖掉手中72%股权。
