Everything is possible if there is a hole in the cash coffer and the management has to compromise to accommodate the majority to cover his own wrong doing and when it is delisted it is much easier.This may be all guess work and we need to wait for the Chinese police investigators to reveal more and I believe some have lodged police reports.
Temporarily stay away as there are no certainties of the main cause bcos a lot of s'pore Chinese companies were delisted as the cash was not real but borrowed.
My friend husband experienced a complete loss of RM500k when it was delisted and sold his house and now is a bankrupt.

Yoko,are you Toronto who defended then a/c for the 3rd quarter 2013? If it is,I am very happy to hear from you again.
I were like you stuck to the official information until I slowly witnessed the untoward events happen before me 1)the death CEO without replacement 2)no dividend 3) no a/c 4)fire 5)Mr CF's fees were only RM30,000/month for profits of RM200mln.6)The price keeps dropping even it has such high profits which is very unusual.
Now I suspect he is only a crony of somebody who owns a number of these kinds of companies both in S'pore,Hong Kong and Malaysia.
So I finally disposed at 20.5c to 19.5c at high losses to avoid a total loss.Hope I am wrong and you all make the final laugh.
