OLH Initiate share buybacks. OSK shares price then only started to increase after failed to fully take private offer. Further accumulated of the WC and used the WC to obtain more OSK share and diluted all other remains shareholders. Manage to obtain more than 90% of the share. Get ready for further offer and price further increase. Stock price at around RM1.5~RM1.8. Further successful obtain 95% of the share. Retail investors need to be resilient and take risks in order to defend on the attack to hold further.

Depressed shareholder value so that can accumulate through agents at lower price ideally around 65~85 sen. Then can offered at lower market price with 20%~35% above unfair market value of around 95 sen to RM1 to all shareholders to acquisition. OLH try to obtain around 75%~85%. Try to take private offering to obtain more than 90% but expect first attend failed. But still retail shareholders hold around 10~25% very weak to defend. Institutions investors hold around 5% only hold and observed and no defensive move. Unless all the retail investors jointly move not sale unless it’s above RM1 to protect themselves.

Shareholders already approved OSK for share buybacks in the last AGM. OSK shall initiate share buybacks to increase shareholder values.

The last time OSK excised shares buybacks was in 2016. Share buybacks/treasury shares with company as at end of 2018 is 18.1 millions share purchased at average cost of RM 1.67 (purchased at Lowest RM0.9 to highest RM2.82) .

I think Bursa should not allow OSK to put too many of his family members in the boards and key senior management, not independence

somehow OLH had to do it, the target for this month is RM1.05

The supply and demand curves of OSK will be will weak below RM1, it’ll only able to get the most excited trading when moving forward to around RM1.25 then only able to get the excitement and attention from investment communities

Truth that OLH is not visionary, focused to much on stock rather than business growth without release the truth value, shareholders value will go nowhere if not changed. But it’s not to late for him to change his mind to think a bit more visionary like to focus on business growth and same times let the shareholders values expand. The OSK still in a very good business fundamentals. No reason that he didn’t hope for the shareholders value to expand as he actually will get the most. Think win-win2 is what he need to get his double wins.

RHB at RM5.8 now means OSK owned 10.13% value RM2.356B. A 17.8% more than OSK at 0.955 with market cap of RM2B. It mean that the forward looking NTA now estimated more than RM2.34 compared to end 2018 report.
