Fundamentals are important...however when the shares are being targeted for whatever reasons known to insiders...these fundamentals sort of take a back seat. Am guessing, the people working on these shares are lining up potential business for the company in the near future. Hence the heavy buying pressure. my guess would be after TP 0.30cents....the final TP is 0.70 cents?
